What should I expect during my first acupuncture session?

Your first visit will include a consultation to discuss your health history, concerns, and goals. The practitioner will then create a personalized treatment plan and place very thin needles at specific points on the body. Most clients find the experience relaxing, and many feel relief after their first session.

Does acupuncture hurt?

Acupuncture needles are extremely thin—much thinner than those used for injections. Most people feel little to no discomfort, and any sensation is typically mild and brief. Many clients report feeling relaxed during and after treatment.

What conditions can acupuncture help with?

Acupuncture is commonly used to address pain (such as back, neck, and joint pain), stress, anxiety, headaches, digestive issues, and sleep concerns. It can also support overall wellness and balance in the body.

What types of massage therapy do you offer?

We provide customized massage therapy tailored to your needs. This may include relaxation massage, deep tissue work, or targeted therapy to address muscle tension, pain, or stress.

How do I know which massage is right for me?

Your highly skilled therapist will discuss your goals, preferences, and any areas of concern before your session. They will recommend the best approach to help you achieve optimal results.

How many facial rejuvenation sessions will I need?

Results vary, but most clients see the best results with a series of treatments. Your practitioner will recommend a plan based on your skincare goals.

Do I need to prepare for my appointment?

It’s best to arrive well-hydrated and avoid heavy meals right before your session. Wearing comfortable clothing is also recommended, especially for acupuncture or massage appointments.
